The truth of martial law is hardly known outside of Korea, so I tell you the real story with the help of a translator

It may sound strange, but this martial law was a legal act guaranteed by the Korean Constitution.

According to the Korean Constitution, martial law should be initiated through a Cabinet meeting, and the end of martial law is subject to the decision of the National Assembl..

At the Cabinet meeting, most members of the State Council opposed the start of martial law, but martial law began.

The reason is that the legitimacy of the initiation of martial law is not the result of the cabinet meeting, but the fact that the cabinet meeting was held.

China is behind the election fraud. Opposition forces with China have brought electronic ticket machines and electronic ticket systems to Korea,

It is suspected of being easy to manipulate: at least two parliamentary and one presidential election,

Only that part of the evidence of the fraudulent election was destroyed by fire in a specific investigation room of the prosecution.

Yoon Suk Yeol's martial law would not have happened if Harris or Biden had been elected.

계엄의 진실이 한국의 바깥에는 거의 알려지지 않았기에, 진짜 이야기를 들려드립니다. 

이상하게 들릴 수 있지만, 이 계엄은 한국헌법에 보장된 합법적 행위였습니다. 

한국헌법에 의하면, 국무회의를 통해 계엄은 개시되어야 하고, 계엄의 종료는 국회의 결정에 따릅니다. 

국무회의에서 국무위원들은 대부분 계엄 개시에 반대했지만, 계엄은 시작되었습니다. 

그 이유는 계엄 개시의 합법성은 국무회의 결과가 아니라, 국무회의가 열렸다는 사실에서 비롯됩니다. 

물론, 그 법은 이상하지만, 그 법을 지켰다는 사실이 중요합니다. 

또한, 계엄 개시 3시간 만에 국회의 결의로 계엄해제 결정이 내렸고, 대통령은 그 결정을 수용했습니다. 

대통령은 계엄과 관련된 모든 법적형식과 요건을 충족시켰습니다. 적어도 한국 헌법적으로 이번 계엄은 불법이 아닙니다. 

그렇다면 이상하지 않습니까? 왜 금방 해제될 계엄을 대통령은 무리하게 시작했을까요? 

이것이 가장 이상한 부분이겠지만, 이미 많은 한국인들이 그 이유를 눈치챘습니다. 

동양의 고전적 병법서인 손자병법에는 '성동격서'라는 말이 나옵니다. 동쪽을 요란하게 하고, 서쪽을 공격하라는 병법입니다. 

대통령은 성동격서를 시도했습니다. 국회에는 최소한의 병력이 투입되었고, 

대부분의 국회의원들이 국회 본관에 진입하는 것을 막지 않았습니다. 

일부 담을 넘어가는 의원도 있었으나, 그냥 정문으로 들어가면 되는 거 였습니다. 

상당수 의원들은 군인들에게 신분증을 제시하고 국회에 들어가, 계엄중지에 표결했습니다. 

모든 야당이 국회에 집중하고 있을 때, 대통령은 국회보다 많은 병력을 선거관리위원회에 보냈습니다. 

그들은 상당수의 IT 전문가 부대를 포함하고 있었고, 

그 군인들은 선거관리위원회의 중앙서버에서 어떤 증거를 꺼내오기 위한 것처럼 보였습니다. 

그리고, 정확히 모든 것이 알려지지 않았지만, 그 임무는 성공한 것 처럼 보입니다. 

결론을 말합니다. 대통령은 한국에 만연된 부정선거의 증거를 잡기 위한 목적이었습니다. 

부정선거의 배경에는 중국이 있습니다. 중국과 내통하는 야당의 세력들이 한국에 전자개표기와 전자개표시스템을 들여왔고, 

그것은 쉽게 조작할 수 있는 것으로 의심받고 있습니다. 적어도 2번의 국회의원 선거와 1번의 대통령 선거, 

즉 이전 문재인 대통령의 당선에 선거부정이 있었다고 보고 있습니다. 

선거관리위원회는 헌법상 독립적인 기구이며, 감사원의 감사를 거부하고 있고, 

법정에 제출된 압수수색영장은 번번이 거절되었습니다. 

선거관리위원회를 조사할 수 있는 방법은 실질적으로 계엄밖에 없습니다. 민주적인 절차와 방법을 모두 동원하였지만, 

선거관리위원회 수사는 번번이 막혔고, 부정선거로 의심되는 수많은 소송들이 모두 거절되거나, 

부정선거를 감시하며 폭로한 자들이, 증거가 조작되며 오히려 감옥에 가는 사례가 있었습니다. 

폭로한 자에게서 추출한 DNA가 오히려, 가지도 않은 어떤 공간에 놓여졌고 그 공간을 침투한 것처럼 조작되어 감옥에 갔습니다. 

부정선거의 증거물이 검찰의 특정 조사실에서 화재로 그 부분만 소실되기도 했습니다. 

힘있고 거대한 세력이 부정선거에 개입되어 있고, 부정선거 조사를 막았습니다. 

이런 부정선거는 중국의 개입이 있었을 것으로 추측되고 있고, 

중국과 일대일로 교역에 있는 상당수 나라가 2010년대 후반부터 한국산 전자개표기로 인해 부정선거 논란이 생겼습니다. 

키르기스스탄, 루마니아, 엘살바도르 등에서 부정선거가 발생했는데, 이들이 사용한 것은 모두 한국산 전자개표기였으며, 

그것은 중국이 뒤에서 개입한 것입니다. 이 싸움은 단순한 특정 국가 한국 내에서 일어난 계엄 사건이 아니며, 

전세계의 커다란 두 싸움, 즉 미국과 중국간의 갈등, 자유주의 세력이 권위주의 세력에 맞서 싸우는 전쟁의 축소판입니다. 

그럼, 왜 윤석열 대통령이 이 시점에 계엄을 했느냐는 의문에 대해서는 추가적 배경이 있을 수 있습니다. 

부정선거로 300석중 190석을 갖게 된 거대야당은 거의 모든 부분에서 행정부의 예산을 줄였고, 

행정부 관료 22명을 탄핵해서 사라지게 만들었습니다. 사실상 국가기능마비를 획책하고 있었습니다. 

특히, 대통령실과 관련된 예산중 특별활동비는 0 으로 만들었습니다. 이런 배경이 대통령의 계엄을 부추겼을 수 있습니다. 

하지만, 본질적 이유에는 부정선거를 끝내는데 있습니다. 

부정선거를 막지 못하면, 앞으로도 부정적 방법으로 야당이 큰 세력을 유지할 것이고, 

그것은 한국에서 중국의 영향력이 커짐을 의미합니다. 해외에 알려진바와 다르게, 한국 내에서의 세력 지지는 50 대 50 입니다. 

계엄이 잘못되었다고 말하는 여론조사는 80 을 넘고 있지만, 누구를 지지할 것인가를 묻는다면, 50 대 50 입니다. 

대통령의 계엄이, 곧바로 야당의 지지로 옮겨가는 것이 아닙니다. 대중은 비교적 상황을 냉정하게 보고 있습니다. 

그리고, 아직 부정선거에 대한 내막은 거의 알려져 있지 않습니다. 

윤석열 대통령의 계엄은 만약 해리스나 바이든 대통령이 당선되었다면 발생하지 않았을 것입니다. 

트럼프 대통령이 당선된 후에야, 부정선거에 대한 조사를 할 수 있겠다고 생각했을 겁니다. 

해리스가 부정선거를 했다는 것은 아니지만, 

그녀를 지지한 세력중 일부는 중국이 배경으로 있는 부정선거로 인해 이득을 보는 것에 대해 눈감으려고 하는 경향이 있으며, 

한국의 계엄으로 인해 선거부정 조사로 이어지고, 그것이 미국 민주당에 영향주는 것을 경계하고 있기 때문입니다. 

한국에서의 이 문제를 더 주시해주기 바랍니다. 

이 싸움은 생각보다 규모가 더욱 크며, 부정선거를 극복하고 자유세계가 승리하는가 하는 문제가 달려있습니다.
