(the “Promotion”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS AND VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to persons who are legal residents of (a) one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) Canada (excluding Québec Province) or (c) the United Kingdom; and at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher than 18) or older at the time of participation (each, a “Participant”). Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Intel Corporation (the “Sponsor”), its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion (including persons involved in the research and development of Sponsor’s products, even if not employees of Sponsor), including but not limited to National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) and the entities supplying the prizes (see “PRIZES” section for complete details) (all collectively referred to as the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Promotion is void in Québec Province, Puerto Rico, US territories and possessions. Promotion is also void outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada ( other than Québec Province, as noted above), the United Kingdom, and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion (regardless of whether you submit an official entry form and enter the Promotion, as discussed below), you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

DATES OF PROMOTION: Promotion will start at or after 9:00 am US Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 26, 2021 and end at 11:59 pm PT on April 9, 2021, or once all prize winners are determined, whichever comes first; “Promotion Period.” Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Promotion.

CLUES: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will distribute clues regarding a new Intel® product which is currently in development. Clues will be posted periodically from time to time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, within videos and/or images on the Intel community on the Reddit news website and/or on the official Intel pages on various social media platforms including, but not limited to: YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. Deciphering the clues will reveal a URL (the “Website”).† After accessing the URL, complete the official entry form with your complete name, e-mail address, country and secret code (which accompanied the clue). Be sure to check the box indicating that you have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules and then click “Submit.”†This URL may vary with each distribution of clues, in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

(A) THE SECRET CODE IS INCOMPLETE OR OTHERWISE INCORRECT, AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR/INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION; AND/OR

(B) YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

ODDS: The prize winners will be determined based on the first five hundred and twelve (512) Participants to enter the correct secret code and complete the required information based on their date and time stamp recorded by the Website. Odds of being a prize winner are based upon the number and timing of eligible entries received. The awarding of all prizes is subject to verification by the Sponsor whose decision are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. YOU ARE NOT A PRIZE WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY THE SPONSOR. Sponsor will not accept photographs or other evidence of winning a prize in lieu of its validation process. If a selected Participant is a resident of Canada, he/she must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question within an indicated time limit in order to be considered a potential prize winner as set forth below.

RESTRICTIONS ON REGISTRATION : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per clue/secret code. Any attempt by any person to violate these entry limits by using multiple/different, identities, e-mail addresses, and/or any other methods will void all entries and that person will be disqualified from the Promotion and such conduct may constitute tampering as discussed below. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of any Participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail address listed on the official entry form has been registered. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder. Use of automated, programmed or like means of participating is strictly prohibited. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does NOT constitute any determination of eligibility, notification of winning, nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Independent Administrator under any legal theory. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of registration for the Promotion. Sponsor and Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, jumbled, corrupted, inaccessible, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries or failed internet connections, regardless of cause.

RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION: Discovering clues involves the use of a number of different third-party websites (including Reddit) as well as various social media platforms. In all cases, you are strongly advised to review the terms of use/terms of service, community guidelines, privacy policy and perhaps other policies governing use of the website/social media platform; DO NOT USE ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL SUCH POLICIES. (Without limitation, such third-party websites/social media platforms may collect, use and share your personal information in a manner that differs from that of Sponsor; see also PRIVACY NOTICE below .) The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform.

You may participate in the Promotion by using a mobile device. If you choose to do so, STANDARD MESSAGE AND DATA RATES AND/OR OTHER FEES (E.G., WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS CHARGES) MAY APPLY. You are advised to review your service plan with your wireless carrier BEFORE participating in the Promotion with a mobile device. Not all mobile devices will allow for participation in the Promotion; and, wireless service may not be available in all areas.

PRIZES:

(512) Prizes: Each prize winner will receive “Intel® Software Advantage Program Game Bundle” having a total approximate retail value of up to $200USD. Prize winner will be able to select up to three (3) software titles of their choosing out of the seventeen (17) software titles provided. See “PRIZE CLAIMS” section on how to redeem.

There is a limit of one (1) prize per person. Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all unspecified expenses in conjunction with prize acceptance and use; this includes the costs of item(s) purchased which is in excess of its value. PRIZE WINNERS AGREE THAT ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED IN THE “NO LIABILITY” SECTION BELOW) MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE REGARDING ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (THE PRECEDING INCLUDES THE CODE ITSELF AND ANY ITEM(S) FOR WHICH CODE IS REDEEMED.) No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided in these rules or by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes if applicable; for Canadian and United Kingdom residents, this may include foreign withholding tax. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries are received during the Promotion Period (which, in turn, is contingent upon a sufficient number of participants deciphering the clues so as to access the official entry form and thereafter completing the official entry form with the secret code). SHOULD FEWER THAN (512) ELIGIBLE PERSONS DECIPHER THE CLUES, ACCESS THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM AND TIMELY ENTER THE PROMOTION, ANY REMAINING PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

PRIZE CLAIMS: Upon verification of a prize winner, each prize winner will be sent a prize-winning notification by e-mail via the e-mail address provided on official entry form (the “Prize Email”). ALL POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR. In the event the prize winner is a resident of Canada, the prize winner will be sent an email to answer a 4-function mathematical skill-testing question which must be answered correctly in order to claim the prize. In the event the prize winner answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, the prize will be forfeited and not awarded. The potential prize winner will need to provide the answer to the skill-testing question within three (3) days of the notification. The Prize Email will include a link to redeem the prize. The prize must be redeemed by January 31, 2022. In the event the prize is not redeemed by the prize winner by January 31, 2022, the prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and the prize will not be awarded. All prize winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (US residents of the State of Tennessee will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize). All prizes will be awarded approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the end date or upon receipt of all confirmed 512 prize winners set forth above.

If a prize is returned as “undeliverable” the respective prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize, Sponsor shall have no obligation to such individual the prize will not be awarded.

CODE OF CONDUCT: AS A PRE-CONDITION TO PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES AT ALL TIMES IN A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL MANNER AND IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BREACHES OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AS WELL AS POSSIBLE LEGAL SANCTIONS. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, DO NOT “SPOIL” THE PROMOTION FOR OTHERS BY POSTING/PUBLISHING ANY INFORMATION OR (MIS-INFORMATION), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CORRECT ANSWERS TO ANY CLUES, THE URL(S) CONTAINING THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM OR SECRET CODES; ATTEMPTING TO REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE OR OTHERWISE ILLICITLY DISCOVER THE URL(S) WITH THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM; OR TAUNTING/HARAASSING OTHER PARTICIPANTS, SPONSOR, INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR OR ANY OTHER PERSONS ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WITH THE PROMOTION. ALL SUCH ACTIVITIES CONSTITUTE A FORM OF TAMPERING AS DISCUSSED BELOW.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Promotion and to the fullest extent permissible by law (e.g., with the exception of negligence for residents of the United Kingdom), Participants and prize winners release each and all of the Promotion Entities, as well as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms involved in the Promotion from any and all liability, damages or causes of action with respect to or arising out of participation in the Promotion, and/or the receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. By participating in the Promotion (regardless of whether they’ve completed and submitted an official entry form for the Promotion), Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Independent Administrator which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from the Promotion any Participant it believes has violated these Official Rules, including the Code of Conduct (above), perhaps without warning/prior notice. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winners' names, addresses (city & state/province/territory, as well as country), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for the Promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and/or Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete official entry forms or any malfunction/defect/error with regard to the Promotion (including, by way of example only, the availability and content of clues, URL[s], and/or secret codes), whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor/Independent Administrator may prohibit a person from participating in the Promotion or winning a Prize if, in their sole discretion, Sponsor/Independent Administrator determine that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, Sponsor, Independent Administrator or other Promotion Entities. If for any reason the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and determine the prize winners of the Promotion in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and in accordance with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on https://XeHPG.intel.com. With regard to U.S. and Canadian residents, the Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict law provisions or principles; for United Kingdom residents, the Promotion is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict law provisions or principles. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES MAY NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

NO LIABILITY: By participating and to the fullest extent permissible by law (e.g., with the exception of negligence for residents of the United Kingdom), participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, YouTube, Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., Instagram and Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by prize winners, Participants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in the Promotion.

PRIVACY NOTICE: Collection and use of a Participant’s personal information in conjunction with participation in the Promotion shall be governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Notice, accessible
