As our Support team is currently dealing with a large number of tickets, it may take some time before we are able to address your issue. Our apologies for the issue you are experiencing and for our delayed response.
We would like to provide you an update on most common issues our team has been working on.
1. Issue with not receiving the preregistration rewards from the ingame mail system, even though it displays as Claimed preventing it from being received.
- The missing rewards due to a system error on 4th November have been sent out to all affected Commanders. For situations which occurred on 5th November or later, we are currently individually investigating and sending out the missing rewards, so it may take a while before it is received. Please let us know if the error occurred on 4th November but you have still not received the items yet.
2. Issue with not receiving Nikke after spending gems or Recruitment Vouchers.
- The consumed Recruitment Vouchers/gems due to a system error on 4th November have been sent out to all affected Commanders. For situations which occurred on 5th November or later, we are currently individually investigating and sending out the missing rewards, so it may take a while before it is received. Please let us know if the error occurred on 4th November but you have still not received the items yet.
3. Issue with Nikke Episodes being reset to an unread state, which causes an error to be displayed after completing an Episode, sending Commanders back to the Lobby.
- This issue is currently being investigated as an interim fix applied on 10th November did not resolve the situation for all affected Commanders.
4. Issue with combat data not being correctly synchronised, causing Commanders to be unable to progress to the next combat.
- We are currently investigating this issue. In the meantime we suggest affected Commanders temporarily attempt the battle with a different team composition as a workaround, before switching back to the desired composition.
5. Freezes occurring on the Harmony Cube screen
- We are currently investigating this issue. In the meantime we suggest affected Commanders temporarily use the Nikke Equipment interface to equip or upgrade Harmony Cubes.
6. Account bans
- There was a recent ban wave in which players who used scripts or third-party applications to generate items/accounts in large quantities had their accounts banned for 365 days. We are currently investigating reports by Commanders who indicate they had neither used such programs nor shared their accounts with anyone else on a case-by-case basis.
