Why is English subject written short ?

WHY ONLY ENGLISH subject should be written short in subject blank compared to Hangul ? !

(I couldn't even type this words all because of limit of number of letters in subject blank)

As you are well aware, English alphabet doesn't need more capacity than Hangul does.

Why have SO FUCKING DC confined number of English letters like this ?

Do you discriminate English for no valid reason ?

I couldn't write well for this reason, which is annoying me all the time I visit this site.

Please MODIFY this absurd system reasonable, NOW.
